DMCA Policy

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy explains how Done 5 Technologies (“Done 5 Technologies”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) responds to claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA and applicable international copyright laws.

This policy applies to all services, servers, networks, and customers using Done 5 Technologies infrastructure.

1. Our Position on Copyright Infringement

Done 5 Technologies takes copyright protection seriously.

The use of our services to host, distribute, or link to content that infringes upon another party’s copyright or intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that material hosted on our network infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Your notice must include the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the infringing material, including the exact URL or IP address
  4. Sufficient information to allow us to locate the material
  5. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
  6. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
  7. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and made under penalty of perjury

Incomplete or invalid notices may be rejected.

3. Where to Send DMCA Notices

All DMCA complaints must be submitted by email to:

4. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Done 5 Technologies may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the affected customer
  • Suspend or terminate repeat infringers
  • Take additional action as required by law

We reserve the right to act immediately to protect our network and comply with legal obligations.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email
  5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of applicable courts

Valid counter-notifications will be forwarded to the original complainant.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Done 5 Technologies maintains a strict repeat infringer policy.

  • Accounts with repeated copyright violations may be permanently terminated
  • No refunds will be issued for terminated services
  • Related accounts may also be suspended

7. False or Abusive DMCA Claims

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in:

  • Legal liability
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Reporting to appropriate authorities

We reserve the right to reject abusive or bad-faith claims.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have legal rights to all hosted content
  • Monitoring their websites and user-generated content
  • Responding promptly to DMCA-related communications

Done 5 Technologies does not provide legal advice regarding copyright matters.

9. Limitation of Liability

Done 5 Technologies is not liable for:

  • Content hosted by customers
  • Actions taken in response to DMCA notices
  • Damages arising from content removal or account suspension

All actions are taken in good faith to comply with applicable laws.

10. Policy Updates

This DMCA Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
